Acura NSX Exhaust System Installation manual
Comptech recommends the use of a Genuine Acura Service Manual to supplement these instructions. All Comptech products
are intended to be installed by a professional installer. Many stock parts are reused during installation. Do not damage or discard any pieces during disassembly or installation. This exhaust does not come with any gaskets, except the two gaskets associated with the adapter pipes for 97 and later cars. The existing gaskets may be in reusable condition, but always inspect and replace any defective gaskets before assembly to insure a leak free installation. New gaskets can be ordered from Comptech or any Acura dealer.
We recommend using the factory service manual to supplement these installation tips. This manual will provide more detailed information on removal, installation, and/or torque specifications of any parts not covered here. Remember to always use jackstands to support the vehicle when a car lift is not available. Always work in a clean environment and use the appropriate safety equipment to avoid any potential damage or injuries.
