2000 Chevrolet Comaro remove transmission and installation guide
Disconnect battery cables. Remove air cleaner housing, duct assembly, air temperature sensor recording and resonator. Remove air box. Remove transaxle from midrail bracket and transaxle strut mount and position aside. Remove the battery. Disconnect PCM j2 (black 28-way) harness connector. PCM add screws remove and position out of way. Battery compartment to remove. Disconnect the following: transaxle solenoid valve harness connector, input and output speed sensor harness connectors, transaxle fluid temperature sensor wiring harness plug, transaxle range switch wiring harness Connecor 2 ground terminals on the upper 2 converter housing screws and wire from transaxle range switch ground.
