Diagnostic and tests Audi A6 C5 air conditioning output
Check you ground connection to the control unit for fresh air blower - J126 - according to the circuit diagram. A/C control head - replace E87 - check-control module for fresh air blower - J126. Actuator for temperature flap links - V158 - spray head for temperature flap links - V158 moves from stop to stop (fresh air blower is running and air holes comes from instrument panel) 1). -Air temperatures of left cam changes. -Check wiring between actuator for temperature flap links - V158 - and a/C control head - E87-for open circuit or wiring to circuit diagram vice versa. Component location of the enabled components, can the output of diagnostic test mode (DTM) more than once if necessary be done. If components marked with a born dysfunctions, DTCs for these DTC components can be stored. Monitoring of the "idle air control" (IAC)-Regulation function. Check the wiring between - E87, J44 and - N25 - according to the schematic. –A / C control head - E87 - replace. ECM will compensate for the cut in the signal a/C compressor placed the temporarily higher load on the engine, if the compressor is turned on. ECM can the a/C compressor via the a/C compressor cut-in pressure output/input (read measuring value block) turn off. Fresh air blower - v2 - enabled fresh air blower-v2 for 2 seconds with 0V, 3V, 6V, 9V, 12V, 15V, 0V etc. - make sure fresh air blower free moves.
