The Repairment About Car Suspension System
Generally speaking, when your car rides roughly or difficult and dangerous to steer, its time to get

The steering gear unit has to be inspected adjusted and replaced if necessary. Adjustments can be made to steering gear systems with wrench and screwdriver. Help can be taken from the service manual. In case of replacement, the steering wheel and column may need to be removed first. The manual has to be consulted as every car is different. The repaired steering system can be checked by taking a test drive.

The cars suspension system includes leaf springs, a stabilizer bar, a suspension arm, a shock absorber and/or MacPherson struts.
For replacing suspension parts, follow this guide:
First, find out the specific suspension parts of the car. Jack up the car and place safety stands under the wheels. Replace the bushings by removing the brackets holding the bar in place. Shock absorbers are installed inside the coil spring at each wheel and can be replaced by removing the bolts at the top and bottom that connect them to the suspension system. The manufacturers instructions have to be followed because shock absorbers and springs are under tension and can cause injuries if improperly removed. Remove the fasteners at the top and bottom that connect them to the suspension system. The car service manual will help in this. Replace the strut as a unit. Many cars have upper and lower suspension arms mounted on rubber bushings. For replacing them, loosen and remove a bolt on which the bushing is mounted.

Perform cooling system leakage check with cooling system tester VAG 1274 and adapter 1274/3. draining and filling with coolant, Checking thermo switch and coolant circulation pump or continued coolant circulation pump. Coolant fan control (FC) thermal switch -F18-, 35 Nm.Engine cold (coolant temperature below 25 C) shutoff ring item. Check with cooling system tester VAG 1274 and adapter VAG 1274/4. Removing, installing and tensioning camshaft toothed belt; Coolant circulation engine coolant temperature(ECT) thermal switch -F51- or After-run coolant thermal switch -F95- Checking engine coolant temperature thermal switch -F51- or after-run coolant thermal switch. If the cooling system was filled with G 11 anti-freeze -colored green-: – Drain coolant: Either via drain plug -1- and coolant hose -2-, or via thermostat connection -3-. – Before reinstalling the coolant hose or flange and filling with new anti-freeze G 12 -colored red-, the cooling system must be flushed out. – Remove as much of the coolant remains as is possible from the cooling system. To do this e.g. blow compressed air into the coolant expansion tank. – Close cooling system and top off with with pure water.
